Quick answers about ordering, shipping, payment and customer service at Léonellis

How can I place an order?

To place an order, navigate to the desired product page, select any variants (such as color or size) and click Add to cart . Then click Proceed to checkout and follow the steps to fill in your details and payment method. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

At Léonellis you can pay safely with Bancontact, iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Klarna “Pay later”. All payments are encrypted via a PCI-DSS certified payment provider.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 22:00 will be processed and shipped the same business day. Within Belgium our carrier usually delivers within 1-2 business days, to the Netherlands within 2-3 business days.

How can I track my order?

After your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a unique Track & Trace link by email. You can also find this link in your account at account.leonellis.be . Log in to see the status of your order in real time.

What are the shipping costs?

Within Belgium we charge between €4.95 and €10 for shipping costs, this depends strongly on the Supplier. For orders above €70 we usually pay the shipping for you. To NL this is usually the same. Larger or special sizes (e.g. furniture) may differ; check the product page or during checkout for the exact costs.

How can I return a product?

Not satisfied? Report your return within 14 days of receipt via your account or via our online return form. Print your return label and stick it on the points system, place the package back at the delivery service of your choice. As soon as we receive and check your return, we will refund the full purchase amount within 5 working days.

How long does the return procedure take?

After receiving your return at our warehouse, we will process the check within 2 business days. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used and may take 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

My package arrived damaged. What now?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us immediately within 24 hours of receipt at support@leonellis.be with photos of the damage and your order number. We will provide a replacement product or full refund.

How do I change my delivery address or delivery date?

You can change the delivery address or delivery option as long as the package has not yet been shipped. Log in to your account, go to My orders and click on Change delivery address . You can also choose a delivery day here, if available through our carriers (e.g. DPD Predict).
