Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping options for private individuals in Belgium and the Netherlands:

• Standard shipping Belgium: €4.95 to €15 for packages depending on Supplier. Most are Free from €70 order value.
• Standard shipping Netherlands: €7,95 for packages up to 10 kg. Free shipping from €100 order value.
• Large format shipping: Different rates apply for furniture and large items, visible on the product page or during the checkout process.

Delivery times

Our delivery times are as follows:

• Ordered before 10pm: Same business day shipping.
• Belgium: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Netherlands: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• Large Format & Furniture: 3–5 business days; depending on availability and route.

Carriers & Tracking

We work with reliable carriers, such as PostNL and DPD . As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link to follow the status of your shipment.

You can log in at any time via your Leonellis account to view the current status.

• Free returns: Within 30 days of receipt via your account.
• Return costs: Free for private individuals, provided it is returned within the term and according to our return instructions.
• Warranty: 2 years legal warranty on all our products; report defects via support@leonellis.be .
